Opportunities lost in July
The reason is captured on closing and is mandatory — without it the opportunity cannot be closed.

How Awelior would approach this project
Ashcombe Industrial Supplies LLC is invented — the way it is built is not. None of this is work delivered for a client. It is the shape we would give such a project — with the same depth, but without a client who would have to answer for it.
Where it starts
Ashcombe Industrial Supplies LLC sells through inside and field sales. Every field rep keeps their follow-ups differently, the inside team files quotations in a binder, and sales management learns the state of a framework agreement by asking. If somebody drops out, their knowledge drops out with them — that is the real trigger, not a wish for reporting.
Decisions
The opportunity at the center, not the customer
The center of gravity is the opportunity with its history, not the customer record. A wholesaler has few customers and many deals; put the customer in the middle and every quotation has to be reassembled by hand afterwards.
Pipeline as a board, contacts as a table
Two views for two questions. The board answers “where does it stand”, the table “who haven't I spoken to in a while”. Forcing both into one view produces a view that answers neither well.
Follow-up is a field, not a calendar entry
Reminders hang off the opportunity and travel with it when it changes hands. In one person's calendar the follow-up would be exactly what it was before: private, and unfindable when they are away.
Deliberately left outNo quotation building and no email sending. Both belong with the merchandise system, not the CRM — a second system that calculates prices is the most reliable source of two different quotations carrying the same number.
What is in it
- Screens
- 5
- Content blocks
- 19
- Languages
- 4
Five screens, in all four languages, with sidebar, header and stated role. Navigation between screens works; tables, board, charts and forms are rendered and inert. Every name, number and value is invented.
How it would go on
Migrating the spreadsheets
Merging three grown-up spreadsheets is half the effort of the project — duplicates, inconsistent spellings, contacts with no company.
Merchandise system and quotations
Item prices, customer terms and quotation status have to come from the system of record, or CRM and job book drift apart.
Mobile for field sales
Follow-ups and visit reports get captured in the car, not at a desk. That is a separate interface, not the same page on a small screen.
An application like this for your business?
Kontur Sales is invented — the way it is cut is not. Applications like this come out of the processes a business already runs.
Sample application by Awelior. Invented business, invented data, nothing stored.
