Service 03 — Automation

Repetitive work that runs itself from now on.

Almost every company has processes someone performs identically several times a week: retyping data from A to B, sorting inquiries, filing documents, sending reminders. Exactly these can be automated reliably — and in a way where you can see what they're doing.

Who it's forFor companies where people spend time on tasks a system would handle better and with fewer errors.

Starting point

Where it usually goes wrong

The same data gets entered several times

From the form into the CRM, from the CRM into a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet into accounting. Every retyping is a source of errors.

Inquiries sit unanswered too long

Not because nobody wants to answer, but because nobody sees that something arrived. Whoever answers first wins the job.

Knowledge lives in individual heads

If a process exists only in one person's head, it stops the moment that person goes on holiday.

Demonstration

A process that runs through on its own

From trigger to result, without anyone retyping, forwarding or having to remember. With a log of every step.

  1. 01

    The trigger

An order, a form, a file, an appointment. Whatever starts the process at your company starts it here too.

  2. 02

    The check

Complete? Plausible? Whose job is it? What a rule can decide, the rule decides — everything else goes to a person.

  3. 03

    The booking

Created, assigned, filed. In the systems you already work with.

  4. 04

    The result, traceable

What happened is in the log: time, step, outcome. Precisely for the day something goes wrong.

Scope

What you get

Analysis of the current process
We look at how it actually runs today — not how it's supposed to. The gap is usually the whole point.
Connecting your systems
Email, CRM, calendar, accounting, databases, webhooks. Where an interface is missing, we build it.
Error handling from the start
What happens when a system doesn't respond? Every workflow gets a defined path for the failure case.
Notifications that mean something
An alert only when someone genuinely has to step in. Everything else runs quietly.
A traceable log
Every run is logged. You can see at any time what happened, when and why.
Test run with real data
Before the workflow goes live it runs alongside the existing process — changing nothing.
Written documentation
What the workflow does, what it depends on and how to stop it. Written for non-technical readers.
Operation stays with you
On your own servers if you prefer. Your data never leaves the building.

Process

How it runs

  1. 01

    Map the process

Walk through who does what and when — and where the time actually goes.

  2. 02

    Effort & payback

We show you how much time the workflow saves and name the fixed price. If it doesn't pay off, we say so.

  3. 03

    Build & test in parallel

The workflow first runs alongside without intervening, so you see the result without risk.

  4. 04

    Go live & hand over

Switchover, documentation, walkthrough. 30 days of adjustments included.

Questions

What gets asked about this most

What does a website cost with you?

We quote fixed prices, not hourly rates. After the call you get a proposal with one number and one date — what's in it, stands. Starting prices per package are on the pricing page. If something new comes up mid-project, we discuss it first rather than quietly adding it to the invoice.

How long does a project take?

A company website typically runs three to five weeks, an app six to ten weeks plus the store review, a single automated workflow one to two weeks, an AI agent two to four weeks. The biggest variable isn't on our side — it's how quickly copy, images and access credentials arrive. The proposal states exactly what we need from you and when.

How do you handle GDPR and tracking?

We use no third-party tracking services. This website is the example: it sets no consent-requiring cookies. That is why the notice on your first visit asks nothing about statistics or advertising — it only records your own decision, and declining there is exactly as easy as accepting. If you need a specific tool that works differently, we tell you the legal implications up front instead of just wiring it in.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. You need to know your business — the technical side is our job. We explain decisions in plain language, including what they imply down the line. After launch you get a short walkthrough and written documentation so you can maintain content yourself.
