If something is off

Reporting “not as described” before the release halts the automatic release. The money stays exactly where it is — in escrow.

The seller then has three days to answer. She can refund, offer part of the amount, or refuse; whatever you agree on is paid out or refunded.

If no agreement is reached within fourteen days, Eldergate Market decides on the basis of the listing text, the photos and the messages. That decision is no substitute for a court; the legal route stays open to both sides.
