Listing costs nothing. Paying happens at payout.

Proof of trade or a state business registration, plus the sales tax permit number. Anyone listing as a private person — the wound-up workshop, the machine from an estate — says so, and the listing then visibly carries the note that there is no warranty. Both are allowed here. Keeping quiet about it is not.

Running hours from the counter, with the date they were read, and a photo of the rating plate. We have suspended two accounts over hours that did not add up; in both cases the money was still in escrow and went back to the buyer. What you enter here ends up in the viewing record next to what the buyer reads off themselves.

A statement on warranty. Between businesses, excluding it is lawful and customary — you simply have to say so expressly, and we put that statement on the listing instead of in the terms. Anyone who would rather give a warranty can enter that too; it then works as a selling point rather than as small print.

A contact for viewings and a statement on loading: who provides the crane or the forklift, who dismantles, who pays. That is the most common cause of argument after handover — more common than the machine itself.
