All prices are total prices and include sales tax at 7 %, the rate for food. Shipping is added: $9.90 chilled, free above $80; the rates and the dispatch days are on the "Delivery and returns" page. The unit price per 100 g or per liter is stated on every product. Chilled goods cannot be returned — the reason is given on the product and again in the order summary.

How an order runs

  1. Order by Monday noon

    Anything ordered by midday on Monday goes out on Tuesday. After that the next dispatch day is Thursday, with a Wednesday noon cut-off. The basket names the day before you order, not the confirmation email afterwards.

  2. An insulated box, not a carton

    Ice packs, wool fleece, a lid. The box holds for around 36 hours at outside temperatures up to 27 °C. Ambient jars travel in the same box rather than in a second parcel.

  3. Delivery Wednesday or Friday

    One to two working days after dispatch. Friday is the last delivery day of the week: nothing chilled from us spends a weekend in transit, and no surcharge changes that.

  4. Open it on the day it arrives

    If the box arrives warm, send us a photo and we replace it or refund it. You do not have to post food back to us for that; it would help nobody.
